  2. Place your entire tongue on the roof of your mouth.
  3. The tip rests just behind — not pressing into — your front teeth.
  4. Let your teeth separate slightly.
  5. Seal your lips gently.
  6. Inhale through your nose for 4.
  7. Exhale slowly for 6.
  8. Repeat 5 times.

Then notice:

• Shoulders
• Throat
• Internal pace

Small shift.
Immediate feedback.

You can’t speak calmly if your mouth is bracing for impact.
